09_PNGS Folder - contains all the PNG files used to create the various templates. These files will allow the user the ability to create new templates in the size and the format desired. These files can also be used with the users logo to create a template unique to the user.

09_Cldr_Month Folder - Monthlycontains predesigned Lightroom Templates for individual months in US letter size papers format for both Portrait and Landscape orientation.

 

09_Cldr_Yr_Large Folder - Large Formatcontains predesigned Lightroom Templates for applying a yearly calendar to a large format print - 13 3/4" x 11 3/4 ". These are overlay type layouts and the size and position of the overlay maybe adjusted as needed.

09_Cldr_Letter_Overlay Folder -Letter Overlay contains predesigned Lightroom Templates for applying a yearly calendar to a US letter size format print.. These are overlay type layouts.

09_Cldr_Letter_Split Folder - Split Lettercontains predesigned Lightroom Templates for applying a yearly calendar to a US letter size format print.. These are split type layouts where the calendar is not applied on top of image but besides or around image.

Note on Performance: You do not have to load all the templates. Doing so may effect Lightroom operating perfomance.

These templates utilize the placement of an identity plate to your images. Depending on the memory (RAM) resources avaliable on your system, you may experience some performance issues such as "Out of Memory". If encountered, this issue can beresolved by only apply the templates used most often. You may remove the templates by deletig directly within Lightroom or by closing Lightroom and deleting from the Print Template folder from within Explorer.

Additionally, though you may apply your own logo to the templates as described in the included file. The resulting file size may also affect Lightroom performance. For best performance, experiment with reducing the overlay file size to as small as possible without reducing desire print output quality.

 

Terminology

Paper Format

LOL = Large Format Overlay Landscape - is intended to replicate a typical 13 3/4 x 11 3/4 size calendar with text overlayed over picture. Note calendar text maybe resized and placed as desired.
LSL = Large Format Split Landscape - is intended to replicate a typical 13 3/4 x 11 3/4 size calendar with text overlayed over picture leaving a space between top and bottom to allow more of image to show.
LtOL = US Letter Overlay Landscape - is a US letter size landscape format 11 x 8 1/2 size calendar with text overlayed over picture. Note calendar text maybe resized and placed as desired.
LtOP = US Letter Overlay Portrait - is a US letter size Portrait format 8 1/2 x 11 size calendar with text overlayed over picture. Note calendar text maybe resized and placed as desired.
LtSL = US Letter Split Landscape - is a US letter size landscape format 11 x 8 1/2 size calendar with text split either around image or next to image.
LtSP= US Letter Split Portrait - is a US letter size Portrait format 8 1/2 x 11 size calendar with text split either around image or next to image.

Date Layouts

2x6 = 2 months wide by 6 months tall
3x4 = 3 months wide by 4 months tall
4x3 = 4 monthswide by 3 months tall
1x6s = 6 months wide by 1 month tall split top and bottom

Installation

Please follow the procedures provide by Adobe for installing presets and templates within the specific Lightroom modules.

It is highly recommended, whether you are installing these presets, others that you have found on the web or may have purchased elsewhere, to backup your Lightroom database before proceeding with the installation.
